“What’s New?”, that’s the name of this new section I’ll be writing every now and then.
The objective is pretty simple: show you the new music that’ll be coming out soon.
Been looking out for all the new stuff and reading a shitload of music websites just for you guys (not really, mostly for me).
This week: J Mascis – Tied To A Star
A few months ago, Dinosaur Jr. frontman J Mascis announced a follow up to his excellent record “Several Shades Of Why”, named “Tied To A Star”. The album will be released via Sub Pop.
So far, Mascis has let us listen to two tracks, called “Every Morning” and “Wide Awake”. The second features Chan Marshall, also known as Cat Power. Both songs are great, especially the last one.
